We would like to inform you that a new, updated version of the Panteon.biz® B2S system has been created.



With the additional functions of the new Panteon.biz® B2S v 2.2.12 version all the users can:


1. When generating a dispatch advice for individual article (item) it is possible to enter the conversion factor (for buyers that are supporting this functionality).
- Conversion factor is used by buyers who order goods in transport units.

Example: Buyer orders 2 boxes, and because each box contains 20 articles the supplier delivers 40 articles.
Delivered quantity (dispatched) is 2, because each box contains 20 articles the Factor is 20.

2. When generating a dispatch advice for individual article (item) it is possible to enter the variable weight (for buyers that are supporting this functionality).
- Variable weight is used by buyers who order goods in pieces however the goods are delivered in kilograms.

Example: Buyer orders goods in unit size PCE (1 piece of smoked ham). Supplier delivers the article in marketable unit size KGM (5,4 kilograms of smoked ham).
Delivered quantity (dispatched) is 1, because ham weighs 5,4 kilograms, so the variable weight is 5,4 and unit size is KGM.

3. Every buyer can enter the default values for exported documents format in the User settings module:
ORDERS - orders
DESADV - dispatch advice
RECADV - receipt advice
INVRPT - inventory report

4. Every user can mark and save conversion factors in the user settings module.
- When generating a dispatch advice the entered conversion factor for the chosen article is saved and offered as a default value.

5. In the User setting module -> Article/prices is possible to enter the conversion factors and variable weight for all articles (for buyers that are supporting this functionality).
- This way a user is enabled to enter the conversion factors (for all articles) and also mark articles with the variable weight for the chosen buyer.
- When generating a dispatch advice the entered values are offered as a default values.
